Jones Beach ampitheater is the coolest outside venue next to the Hollywood Bowl. You can see the ocean from your seat and the breeze is amazing. Unfortunately the WAR ON FUN in America has deemed alcohol sales in a NY State park forbidden unless you are in the box seats or backstage. Weak eh? Somehow those people that are connected get to drink - the rest get to sneak in vodka in Ziplocks in their shorts.

Opie and Anthony's Traveling Virus comedy tour is hitting cities nationwide and i highly recommend you go. It's 8-9 comedians and a parking lot of people tailgating and gettting crazy for HOURS before the gates open. All the other venues have beer sales so you can get stupid and laugh till you puke. Big Wayne, my sis and I went backstage and partied with Bob Kelly, Louis CK, Anthony, Patrice Oneill and many more.
