A couple of emails have come in from fans saying that amongst all our railings about how blogs are nonsense, this site has been a bit, well, bloggy. We got off on a tear with the election, and now that it's over and we wait and see if Obama and crew disappoint us like many politicians before them, let's get back to the REAL.
It's a full 2 weeks before the next show, but we've undergone some tragedy among two regulars on the show. And until we fully reveal what's transpired on the show 2 weeks from now, i'll say this: we've experienced a bit of unemployment and blood.
Spinning blades. Spiraling economy.
Find out on the next Lazlow Show Saturday December 6th at 9pm Eastern on XM202 and Sirius 196.

We're scheduled for the next show - Episode 37 will be Saturday December 6th. Wayne was an absolute disaster after the last show. He got on the wrong subway, lost his wallet and then proceeded to drive my car home. We still haven't heard from Reed.

After a bottle of red wine and 4 pints I had the courage to turn on the TV last night. I nearly crapped my pants. Thank God Sarah Palin is going back to Alaska. We've had 8 years of religious lunatics and that was enough. Sadly I like McCain and wish he had picked a better VP.
The question is this however: The Republicans played the hate card, and really got people up into a froth, screaming racial epithets, accusing terrorism and socialism. This anger isn't going to go away, and the hatemongors who ran McCain's campaign should be forced to deal with it.
Most of all THANK GOD IT'S OVER. Democrats and Republicans can go back to being useless again. Most of all, the TV networks thank you. They made a fortune. It's the best democracy money can buy.

America is a woman. And I've loved her all my life. It was a shotgun wedding - not much choice when you come to existence in a blurry, beginning consciousness next to someone - you've got to sort out her name. and my earliest memories figuring out the lady i love was while listening to my parents and hearing about the enemy. the enemy. We hid under our desks, smelling and recycling our breath and looking upwards at gum rotting away from previous generations. Generations that didn't have the worry we have now. Or did they? Told that nuclear darkness and ashed poison in our mouths could be here any moment. That we needed to prepare. To despair. I gripped a Rambo knife and some Chinese stars, certain that my oblivious parents would perish when shit. went. down.
and it was coming.
and here we are again. A decade of despair, dark clouds over all of us, wondering and if and if when and sitting in it. Seething. Tightening our grip on media weapons handed to us and then we are flashing them violently at unknown passersby. go team. fuck you.
so we seethe. how did we get here? broke! in debt to china. government reading our email. constitution pecked away by buzzards on the supreme court to make us safe. science fiction science fact. scientists told to edit their reports. exxon claiming the largest quarter profit in world history. twice in the last year. ignore please. singer on TV totally fuckin rules.
ignore it, please, everything is ok. please you must understand that the guy searching for health care for your grandma is evil. mad mojo. root for the rich. fuck the poor. even if you are poor, we promise, you will be rich someday, like on a reality show. vote for us. root for us.
vote for us.
everything will be ok
sleep tight america
we have it under control.
